Setting Up a CSI Rules Template
The Customer Satisfaction feature allows you to create a rules template for exporting CSI data to CSi Complete®. This feature provides the selected business partner with access to customer contact information for repair orders delivered with the last seven days.
To set up a CSI rules template
- Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
- Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click on the Customer Satisfaction link under Repair Management. The CSI Template screen opens.
- Enter the name in the Template Name field.
- Select the Share CSI data with external partner option, and then select the company from the droplist.
- Select Add from the toolbar.
- Make the appropriate selections, and then click OK.
- Click OK, and then select Save or Save and Close.
