Setting Up a CSI Rules Template

The Customer Satisfaction feature allows you to create a rules template for exporting CSI data to CSi Complete®. This feature provides the selected business partner with access to customer contact information for repair orders delivered with the last seven days.

To set up a CSI rules template

  1. Select Configure Profiles from the menu bar.
  2. Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
  3. Click on the Customer Satisfaction link under Repair Management. The CSI Template screen opens.
  4. Enter the name in the Template Name field.
  5. Select the Share CSI data with external partner option, and then select the company from the droplist.
  6. Select Add from the toolbar.
  7. Make the appropriate selections, and then click OK.
  8. Click OK, and then select Save or Save and Close.
